Q: How to match the length to the shower area?

A: Generally, choose a length close to the width of the glass partition or the short side of the shower area, leaving 10 to 20 mm of space at each end for sealing and edge pressing. 24 inches is a universal standard. If the shower area is wider, a longer size or two pieces side-by-side can be used to cover the shower area.

Q: What is the range of tile thickness that can be embedded?

A: The tray groove depth is more suitable for common floor tiles of 8 to 12 mm. If using thicker tiles, the adhesive thickness inside the tray can be reduced or the tile surface can be back-ground to ensure flush with the surrounding floor; if thinner tiles, adhesive or a thin leveling mortar can be added to improve the support and bonding strength inside the tray.

Q: How to ensure waterproofing and sealing?

A: Before installation, complete the leveling of the base layer and double-layer waterproofing. The flange should reliably overlap with the waterproofing layer and be sealed a second time. Use neutral weather-resistant sealant to fill the surrounding gaps. After completion, conduct a 24-hour water retention or spray test. Only proceed with tiling and sealing if no leakage is detected.

Q: How to clean odors and blockages later?

A: Regularly use the provided hook to lift the panel and remove hair and sediment from the tank. Add clean water to the tank every one to two weeks to keep the water seal or silicone flap in effective working condition. If an odor appears, it is usually caused by the water seal drying out or debris accumulation; adding water and cleaning will generally restore normal function. If the odor persists, check the slope of the branch pipes and ensure proper ventilation.
